Account Deletion

Users have the right to request deletion of their account at any time. To delete an account, users may submit a request to our support team at info@digitaloptlaw.com.

Upon receiving a request, we will initiate the account deletion process within a reasonable timeframe. Account deletion may result in the permanent remove of user data, including profile information, settings and associated content, except where retention is required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

Once an account is deleted, access to the account and related services will be permanently disabled, and recovery may not be possible.

Record Retention

We retain records related to the Basic Notice Service for 90 days following completion of service.

For Membership Term (Annual Plan), membership begins on the purchase date and remains active for 12 months and upon renewal. Records are maintained as long as the membership is active. After 90 days of inactivity records will become inaccessible and deleted.
